Armstrong's Mill Covered Bridge

Originally, this covered bridge spanned Salt Fork Creek on CR-45, next to Armstrong's Mill in Clio. In 1965, it was relocated to Cambridge after the creek was dammed to create Salt Fork Lake. The village of Clio was wiped of the map.

Armstrong's Mill was built in 1815 by John Armstrong. He rebuilt the gristmill twice over the years. The final mill was one of the largest and best known mills in the county. Mr. Armstrong operated it up until his death in 1852.
